Index or primary key cannot contain a Null value

Index or primary key cannot contain a Null value

This seems like something simple, but for some reason can't figure it out. I
have a page that inserts a record into the database, but I keep getting this
error no matter what. I follow the procedures according to the docs, but it
still gives me this error. Funny thing is, I've done this before, but it's
been a while, so I must be rusty. Help!

Probably you're using a numerical primary key, but haven't set it to
Auto-Increment
