it's not flash , it is images sequence , frame by frame animation of JPG images imported
to flash and play in a loop. Whatever skills you have , photoshop or some 3rd program
will be required.

Ah...by the way, let you guys see another Outstanding website that I have ever
seen, here it is:

previous replies are correct - but i'm pretty darn sure the same effect can be done in flash using mask(s) and shape tweens - if i have time i may have a go at it......

right click - ZOOM IN , bitmap , pretty sure ....
yeah - it looks like a vector mask with a bitmap sequence behind it - but i
picture the actual ripples as shape tweens in a mask layer to reveal reflection
(bitmap) through it - but only if i thought it would be smaller file size
and/or better playback performance.
