Print Resolution - for higher resolution than 72d

I have prepared a Flash slide show for a client to preview some bitmap images
and print them out.
I read somewhere on this site that the movie should be set to 612 x 800.5
pixels. This works fine for low resolution printing, but what if I want to be
able to print higher resolution images (i.e. higher than 72dpi), but still have
them print on a single page?
If, for example, I double the movie size to 1224 x 1600.1 pixels, then a
single frame of the slide show ends up printing across four pages.

Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Thank you
