To be fair to FastReport, their newsgroups are peer support groups. For
official support you need to log a ticket on their site. I have not had
poor responses when logging a ticket but have had unanswered questions on
the newsgroups. I own both RB 9 and FR 3. People often forget to what
extent a customer will cut off their own nose if they feel they are being
shafted by a supplier.
