I am trying to install a developer version of sql server. Seem to be
running into a strongpassword parameter problem.

What kind of password are they looking for? I read the info on this
and have tried different mix of characters and numbers and have added a
special character in fact.

Any ideas?

Using the parameter install from the dos window to start the install.

Add a switch that reads something like SAPWD="StrongPW4Ever". The
double-quotes are req'd.
