Which version of MySQL should I get to work with Delphi 7 Pro?

it depends more on which data access components you want to use than on
Delphi itself. AFAIK MyDAC and MyComponents are one option that should
work fine with MySQL 5.0. dbExpress is another option but can't tell
you too much about them. ADO+ODBC is something I would skip if possible
because it is slower than the other options as it adds an extra layer.
