I have a Report that does not work when I do not utilize as much data in my
cross-tab query. My report is build to handle some fields that may not show
up when I am only looking at a short window of data. When I expand my query
to a large date range I have all of the data fields and my report works
correctly.

Sorry if this is confusing, any help would be appreciated.

You can enter all possible column headings into the Column Headings property
of the query when in design view.
