I am planning to buy a new Acer C300, but I haven't heard
much positive comments about Acer machines. Is there any
C100 and C110 users who can give me some real experience
feedbacks about your machine's performance?

Not much good? Generally from what I see in the landscape, Acer's are
quite reliable, and my testing machines Acers were all a-ok. Some
problems with some of the early early models, and the sturdiness of
the latch, is an repeating issue but the Tablet PC Buzz Acer Forum is
a good resource...

Good, Bad, Indifferent, its all there...some C300 reports...and also will do a review too, I'd imagine...

I have a C110 and it is SUPERB
but thats for me because it fits my needs, it could
be different for you. The C110 is a 10 inch tablet
AND full laptop, comes with firewire, bluetooth, usb2,
wireless lan
and 40GiG harddisk, also no noisy fans, much heat but it
can handle it (no crashes). The tablet edition is an XP
Proffesional with extras for Tablets.
This Acer is very complete!

I love my Acer C110 since June but if you get one buy the
Norton Ghost and make an image on CD's or external hard
disk before start using it ,this is for when you need to
recover your unit because the system restore not have the
same instalation that you will get on your machine and if
you use the system restore the only issue is the
brightness control on the tablet and pen settings

this is a super machine and very portable, i thik that
the new Acer 300 is to heavy to write all' the day on the
road but this is my opinion only You need to think about
and get the best machine to your needs It's great that
Acer has many models to get the best for you

I have had an Acer 102Ti for one year now. I use it every
single day seeing anywhere from 15-25 patients. I do all
my charting on my Acer and write all my prescriptions on
my Acer. It has been absolutely reliable, light weight to
carry room-to-romm, and adds even functionality that I am
completely paperless in my office. This isn't possible
with an ordinary laptop. I do print out a receipt for the
patient and prescriptions for them to take to pharmacy.
