VS 2003 vs VS 2005

I have HP TC1100, I am installed VS 2005, after which I cannot run any or
open any of 2003/1.1 project build including deployed applications. All my
2005 project and deployment seem to work ok with no issues. Anything
known?... or I can't do this on Tablet PC.. I mean run both Visual Studios
on the Tablet Edition?.. That seems not right as it works well on my XP
machine.. no issues..

This sounds more like an installation problem with Visual Studio than a
Tablet PC issue, VJ, so you may want to check in the support newsgroups for
the program itself. However, here's some information which includes
specifications on side-by-side VS installs:

some more detail.... I get a error SHEException. Really no idea why that
happens. This happens even if Create a new 2003 project, I can view the Form
in that project... Very strange situation...

OK thanks Chris, I will try that option. I wanted to try here since it
happened in all our development tablets, and not in any Windows XP or 2000
machines we have for developments... Really strange.... I will post my fix
back here, and any information I get

Now... this is what I call a prefect Friday.. I uninstalled Framework 1.1,
with SP1 and re-installed it... Registered ASP.NET 1.1.. did a machine
re-start. that took care of it..., we are back to normal. Thanks for the
input Chris..

Guess I should go buy the lottery today, see how that turns out :-). Oh well
may be all of it ran out on Visual Studio. :-)
