We are using Axapta and have a valid maintenance contract for it. But still
we are not allowed to view the Axapta Knowledge Base. On some fixlistst, e.g.
for the kernel rollup, some knowledge base numbers are shown but we as an
Axapta customer cannot view it.
Please Microsoft: as European customers, we cannot have a direct support
contract for Axapta with Microsoft and therefore we cannot get access to
CustomerSource. But as we have a maintenance contract with Microsoft, we
should at least see the Knowledge Base so we can see if there are any errors
corrected that we also have.
