Is there any way to block this person from posting the "security update" -- I have Windows XP Home Edition and go to the Microsoft Update page periodically to update my operating system. It is located at:

http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

I can't understand where this update post has any place here -- it only takes up space and time.

The only place you should ever update your system is
directly through windows update on the MS page. Heck I
even turned off my auto-update because I heard that
hackers can simulate the program, and you could download
who-knows-what. Also, if you have been getting tons of q-
mail messages, it does not mean you have a virus. Just
don't open the attached documents that come with these.

Goat.
