telnet server timeout setting

I have set the telnet server idlesessiontimeout to 0xffffffff - the telnet
session still times out - is there a way to disable the idlesessiontimeout so
telnet connections persist indefinitely?

telnet server timeout setting

Hi Edrosen,

It seems that this is a telnet server configuration issue. However, this
newsgroup focuses on ADSI programming issues, so you may not get useful
help here. I recommend you post this question in corresponding windows
newsgroups, such as microsoft.public.windowsxp.general etc..

Thanks for your understanding.

where an initial response from the community or a Microsoft Support

up response may take approximately 2 business days as the support
professional working with you may need further investigation to reach the
most efficient resolution. The offering is not appropriate for situations
that require urgent, real-time or phone-based interactions or complex
