OE 6 will send the email with the video file of 330KB but
it is never received on the other end (at a hotmail
account, will receive it if I send from my hotmail
account) It just disappears into nowhere? Not sure why
the other person isn't getting it when their mailbox is
empty. I can't receive it in my hotmail account either.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is the message showing up in your Sent Items folder?

Are you sending from OE via your Hotmail account or an ISP POP3/SMTP account?

If you have an ISP POP3/SMTP account, can you send the file to yourself on that?
