Authenticate with RADIUS HELP!!!!!

Hello.
I need to authenticate ethernet connections to my windows 2000 advanced
server, in order to share internet, just like an ISP would make it. Is it
posible with radius or something like that?? Do I need hardware or
something??
I just want to share internet with my neighbors, but I want them to be
authenticated, and that they don't have access to the lan (work_group) for
more security, and so that they don't share resources between them.
If you have web links I would appreciate it, I new with this. Thanks.

You're going to need to install Windows RRAS or software
that has similar functionality. This should get you started:

This article will provide you with information on setting
up your own home or small business gateway. NOTE: I do NOT
recommend you use ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) with
W2K server as I have yet to see it work correctly. This may
be too complex for beginners so I would highly recommend
you get some professional assistance for the initial setup.
Hope this helps.
