Clients cant connect outside of domain

Clients cant connect outside of domain

I installed ISA Server on SBS 03, and installed the client firewall on each client computer and everything works great (I have internet). Most of out client computers are laptops and they take them home. At home they only i could get them to access the internet was to uncheck the proxy settings in internet options. Do i have to do this every time?

Also, we have 2 computers that are not on the domain here on the network that access shared drives through a vpn connection to the server and log in to access the drives. When I installed the client firewall i can no longer vpn (w/ sbs connection) so he can either get internet with the client firewall or vpn w/out client firewall and have access to shared folders but not both.

Any Ideas?
thanks

Ok, the client firewall and Internet settings are only while connected to
your internal network. You will to create seperate connections so that while
at the office the LAN connections for the proxy server will be user and then
when at home they will not be used. I would imagine that this would make
sense once you look at the LAN connections tab under
Tool|InternetOptions|connections in IE. This should show the name or IP of
your SBS machine and of course they will not be able to connect through this
machine if they are home.
