Internet Exploer using Automatically Detect Settings causing delay

Post by VGlt » Sat, 26 May 2007 01:26:04

Hi All,

Would anybody know what in ISA would be causing the browser to take anywhere
between 10-30 seconds to open a page for the first time stating it is
detecting proxy settings? This is causing major issues to clients, although
after it has detected the settings the first time around, any other sites
visited after open immediately. The clients are not running the Firewall
client and are getting their proxy settings using WPAD in DNS pointing to the
ISA Array. Please Help!!!

Tim.

I believe I already answered this. Check your other posts. Please do not post
the same question multiple times,..it causes confusion.
