ISA 2006 OWA 2007 and OWA 2003

I am trying to make my transition to Exchange 2003 transparent to my users.
I currently have mailboxes on both versions, 1 front end Exchange 2003 in
DMZ, 1 CAS Exchagne 2007 and 1 mailbox 2007. I have an existing url to my
Exchagne FE (https:\\webmail.whatever.com). I understand that my CAS server
can proxy to the proper server depending if they are 2003 or 2007 users.
How do I set this up in ISA? If I change the publishing to be
https:\\webmail.whaterver.com\exchange my Exchange 2007 users are denied but
it works for my 2003 users.

Is this even possible?

Hi,

very good!

yes, but only the Exchange 2007 CAS, so you first have to update your
Exchange 2003 FE oder 2007 CAS

you must allow both path /exchange and /OWA in the ISA rule. The CAS
determines than which link should be used

I have one publish exchagne web client access rule that allows public, owa,
exchange, and exchweb. I also have 1 publish website rule that does folder
redirection so that my users only have to type in
http:\\webmail.whatever.com. It currently redirects any requests to this
website to exchange but how to I change it so that it will allow exchange or
owa?
