one of my client have exceed connection limit on isa server 2006 and server
denies all connection coming from its IP address

How can i cancel this deny on isa server 2006

Remove the Spyware/Malware or Virus that is on the users machine.

computer cannot open because of isa drops all packet coming from it.
AD is installed on my ISA server

The machine will open. It does not have to connect the DC to open. Use the
local Administrator account if you have to.

ISA is not supported on a Domain Controller.
