First, confirm that Office, OS X *and* printer drivers are fully updated on
each system exhibiting the problem.
Second, run Disk Utility - Repair Disk Permissions.
Third, make certain that the appropriate printer is selected as the Default
in System Preferences.
Fourth, restart the Macs.
If the problem persists you'll need to provide more detail as far as network
as opposed to local, whether the problem occurs only in Word, etc.
