secure local pc

Post by TWFyayBNb3 » Tue, 06 Dec 2005 21:32:02

Hi,
I need to set up the security on a few local pc's in a network. Some
of the users on the network may not store files on the local pc. Is
there a way to secure the whole pc from storing data on it ?
I'm using a server with SBS 2000, the clients are using Windows XP
Pro. Is this possible with te settings in the GPO or do I have to
change settings on each pc ?

Thanks in advance,

Mark

hey guys!

If you want to identify vulnerabilities in your windows than try this
new tool Secure Auditor. It does Windows scanning, auditing, password
cracking, event log viewing, port scanning, Windows hardware and
software inventory management etc. Download this link and make your
system hacking proof.

Just install it and see the magic. No security hole and no false
positive.

By the way it also audit Oracle database, MSSQL databases and Cisco
Routers.
