Starting/Stopping publishing points from command line

Is there a way of starting/stopping a publishing point from command
line. I have a broadcast publishing point which is streaming from a
file. After the streaming of the file is done the publishing point
stops sending data at which point I need to start it again. I want to
automate this. It would be helpful if there is a command line utility.

Just create a server-side playlist and tell it to loop the content (your file)
indefinitely.

Thanks for the reply. I do not want to create a server-side playlist. I
want to stream from a file. I am looking for an option to start/stop a
publishing point from the command line.

You can still stream from a file using a server side playlist.

Otherwise you'll probably have to use the WMS SDK to start/stop a publishing
point. If you only have one publishing point, you could start/stop the video
server instead (net stop wmserver).
