PPT 2003 copying images out of PPT to another PPT-loss of qual

Dear Michael Koerner,

I should explain this further. These PPTs are generated initially by
consultants we have who provide content for PPTs. Their process for gathering
images involves this copy from one PPT to another PPT step. I cannot
unfortunately dictate to these consultants that they should not do this.

When I create images I save them onto my HD so it is not a problem that is
created by me. What I want to be able to say to my boss is that unless our
consultants have access to the source material (which is unlikely) this is a
problem that I have no control over.

Thanks for your help! Have a great day.
Best,
Lily

Before you go to your boss with "unless our consultants have access to the
source material (which is unlikely) this is a problem that I have no control
over" and you have access to all the presentations you might open in the
slide sorter mode, right click and drag the file to copied slide into the
new presentation and select copy when you release you mouse button, then
drag the image from the imported slide onto the slide you want it on then
delete the extra slide and see it that makes it appear clearer.
