Edit the Contact Form in Outlook 2007

I want to move a few things around in the default contact form in MSO2007.
However when I go to the "design a form" link off the tools menu, the only
contact form displays the format of the contact form in Outlook 2003. How
do I get to the default contact form that is used by all my conact entries?

That's normal and expected behavior, by design. You can either edit the form as you see it there or consider using the new "form regions" in Outlook 2007 (see http://www.yqcomputer.com/ ) to duplicate the look of the standard contact form.
