IN windows 2000 with office 2000 when I click on help and then look at some
of the help Items the icons that are in the descriptions are blank. just a
square with a dot in the middle. I think some of these icos are forward and
back icons, but others as well. I have reloaded office but to no avail.
Anybody got any answers?

Thanks

Steve

Hi Steve,

What Windows Service Packs have you installed?

Have you installed the IE6 'cumulative update'?

What is the build number in Office in
Help=>About in Word?

Currently this is what my machine says.

Windows 2000 5.00.2195 Service Pack 3

I'm not sure what you mean by cumulative update. Although I try to keep
things up to date.
Currently IE6 Says 6.0.2800.1106 Update Versions
:;SP1:Q813489;Q330994;Q818529;

MS Office says 9.0.6926 Service Pack 3

Any thoughts
Thanks.
