Outlook EULA prompt won't go away

Here's the situation - I replaced a computer that had an OEM copy of Office
with a new machine using a non-OEM product key (installed from non-OEM
media). Later I realized that I inadvertently used a key that had already
been used on another machine. Next I used the Files And Settings Transfer
Wizard to move over the stuff from the old computer. After the transfer,
Office showed the OEM key that was on the original machine (this is the
second time I've seen this happen). Activation said the key had already
been activated. So I uninstalled Office and reinstalled it using a
different key and activation went just fine, however the splash screen still
shows the OEM key, and every time Outlook is started the EULA dialog pops
up. Twice! In addition, an empty Word frame pops up - no menus, toolbars
or anything - just a frame with a title bar. Other than the Files And
Settings Transfer usage, this was a completely fresh install of Windows and
Office.

Anyone know how to get the EULA prompt to go away?

Weird, that seemed to do it. I've never had to do that before. Thanks!
