Excel Problem

Post by Dany » Sat, 30 Aug 2003 06:28:41

I can't open any of my excel files. When I launch excel I
get error message #1706.

My excel program was working fine a few weeks ago but now
I can't open any of my excel documents.

Any ideas?

1. printing problem..not sure if it's an excel problem or a printer issue?

2. Export to Excel problem

After exporting to an open Excel file from Access, and
have closed the Excel afterwards manually, Excel fails to
properly open an Excel file from Explorer by double click.
The problem appears the same as descriped in "Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article - 811344". This solution doen't
solve my problem.

For the export I have use the following command:
"DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acExport,
acSpreadsheetTypeExcel9, strSource, strDestination"

Who has experienced the same problem? And does someone
know a solution? May be I can check for an openfile, but
can't find how to do this.
