about a year back i requested a disk with office 2000 service releas update.
where is it?

Office 2000 is no longer supported. You should have asked prior to June 30,
200x . And why did you wait for a year to ask why your disk did not show
up????

Since it takes about 4-6 weeks for delivery, I would have asked Microsoft 30-60 days after ordering.
