Hi, All

Since yesterday my POP3 Connector stopped, and I receiving the message
below:

Microsoft Connector for POP3 Mailboxes has encountered an internal error
that it could not recover from.

Ie searched Kb and found article 327672 - Error Message When You Are Using
the Microsoft Connector for POP3 Mailboxes to Download E-Mail Messages

So Ie changed the download time from 15 minutes to 1h15m.
It didn work. Ie deleted all user mailboxes, and created a new one, with
no messages on the pop server.
Still doesn work.
Every time I try to retrive messages Ie got the same message.

The odd thing is that I receiving these messages on two different servers
at two different locations.
Both of them are SBS2000, retrieving few mail accounts (5/6) from a mail
server.

Any ideas ?

2. POP3 connector downloads messages but messages disappear.

When I use the POP3 connector in Exchange and have the default e-mail
address, in AD, of a user as the same address as the external POP3 address
the messages get lost. For example:
Working example:
External ISP e-mail account: XXXX@XXXXX.COM ; Internal user default
e-mail: XXXX@XXXXX.COM .

Disappearing example:
External ISP e-mail account: XXXX@XXXXX.COM ; Internal user default
e-mail: XXXX@XXXXX.COM

I know that this is not normal. I have turned on POP3 logging to the
maximum, and the events are clear that it should be delivering the e-mail to
the store, but the mailboxes don't receive e-mails.
I wonder if there is a fix for this. The user wants to continue to use the
external ISP's account.
