I have obtained the patch from Trend smex6_21_B1122.exe but this has
made no difference at all, on a re-boot with no mail in the queue the
first and subsequent e-mails in sticks, if there is mail in the queue
a reboot will clear it. Alternatively I too have found that stopping
the Inetinfo.exe service gets mail flowing again, at least stopping
this service has taken a lot of the pain away from the problem. I have
sent the followup and awaiting a reply from our Trend supplier in the
UK, I downloaded CSM for SMB from Trend USA in December 03, long
before its release in the UK and as it seems to have a low build
number of 1075 and the SMEX62-patch.exe requires build 1098, I wonder
if the users with no problems have a later build or not? Although the
server is patched with all the Microsoft Patches, I have got no Trend
Patches installed, other than the one listed above.
