without needing to press any button

just like in validation if it exceed the limit it will give us the warning

If you're working with Office macros, then you need to ask in a newsgroup for the application in which you're working. This forum is for the VSTO technology, which has nothing to do with macros. At the top of the forum, in the "Please Read First" message, you'll find a list of newsgroups for the various Office applications. Please ask your question in an appropriate newsgroup for the application you're using. Don't forget to include the version number of the application. You also need to provide a lot more information about what you're trying to accomplish with your macro.
