Flat file one record to multiple record types

Flat file one record to multiple record types

Post by Q3VydGlzIF » Sat, 03 Jul 2004 23:01:01

I am using BizTalk 2002 and need to map a single record to multiple record types. My destination files has the following looping structure
Record01
Record10
Record40
Record50
Record99

For each of my source file records, I need to write one Record10 and at least one Record40. If the keyfield for record10 does not change on the next record, I do not want to write the record10, but only the record40. Also, when the first source record is read, I need to write the record01 and then when the record01 keyfield changes, I need to write the record99 to close that loop and then write a new record01. I need to finish with the record99.

How do I do this in a map? If there any examples?

You have to add scripting functoid and write XSLT Template yourself.

Mapper can not help you to do this grouping.

Thanks,
