Hi,

I have three questions about the Quantized Indexing entropy coder

First, I think that the three technical report published at the site

are quite complicated to understand. I also tried to read the patent,

but also find very complicated. Does anyone have a simpler material

(still technical)?

Second, how to apply the technique to Markov, like Thomas Cover showed?

Third, is there a source code where I put the input file and the output

file to compress or decompress?

Best regards,

Bruno

It was discussed extensively here:

http://www.yqcomputer.com/

You can't. You can only encode independent and identically distributed

bits (e.g. flips of a biased coin).

I don't know of any, but some snips can be found in the above thread.
