How to find difference between gif (Single frame GIF image)and gif animations(moving gif images)

My project in http proxy server(using tcp/ip) so how to find it gif
(Single frame GIF image) or gif animation. what is the difference in
there body and header content.

For GIF animations starting of body there gif89az is it correct?

An animated GIF is always version 89a, always has at least two images, and
always contains a "loop" application extension block. A non-animated GIF
will be missing at least one of these elements.

it's probably easiest to look for a gif with more than one image in it.

that'll give the correct answer most of the time

Actually I am working in windows networking I am new to compression.
I read this link content http://www.yqcomputer.com/
But I didn't find proper hints to differentiate between them.
So can say me how to differentiate GIF and GIF animations using there

i got it, see link http://www.yqcomputer.com/ #gceb
so for gif animations the buffer contain 0x21, 0xff but i don't know
exact location of there to character so i am searching starting of
buffer to end
is there any easy way other than this ?
