how to determine my modem support capi ?

hello.
i am newbie to CAPI.
this is my first post
i need to install an application on my windowsXP
which requires a CAPI modem
i had a 56K PCI internal Voice+Fax modem installed.
but the application say it isnt an CAPI modem
is there any method to determine it.
i had login with the hyper terminal, but i dunno what to type there....

please help!!!

Capi is for IDSN cards....
56K is not an ISDN card, but a common analog modem.
