Need some help with my router configuration

Hallo,

What does "internet online duration" mean? I don't think, that you can
do a time-based accounting this way ...

AFAIK not possible this way ...

... and if someone is using the "existing connection", he can do this
without paying (and the router does not cut the connection, while there
is traffic on the line) ...

It is no problem to configure the cisco so, that after some time with
no traffic the connection will be cut ...

Forget it and try to use some other kind of accounting (maybe based on
the amount of data, that was transferred). Often, more online time does
also result in more data transferred ...

AFAIK no.

bye,

1. Pawan Deshpande - Need Help Automating Configuration of Routers and Firewalls?

2. Need configuration help - local mailbox needs to be ignored

I'm using a godaddy dedicated server and a separate email hosting
service for my email. I have the MX entries set up so that all email
is sent to the separate hosting service.

When setting things up, I enabled the mail server on the dedicated
server and set up a mailbox called "info"

When I send email to XXXX@XXXXX.COM , it goes to my hosted email
service. When the web application running on the server sends an
email to XXXX@XXXXX.COM , it stays on the local server's mailbox.

I'd prefer to have the outgoing email NOT stay on the server.
Unfortunately, about 300 emails have already arrived in the local
mailbox so I can't shut things completely off.

What can I do? I tried commenting out the info alias in /etc/aliases
and that didn't work, then I tried pointing it to the full email
address, and that didn't work.

Any suggestions?
