I need to setup a CISCO 827 as ADSL router to NAT my Lan and make it
DHCP enabled. The router will connect a modem (SPEED TOUCH HOME) to
my ISP. I have a static public IP address. Can anybody tell me what is
the minimum setup to make it work? Or send me a configuration list
that works? Thanks.

Hi Ian,

The 827 has its own ATM interface, you do not need (and cannot use) an
external ADSL "modem" with the 827.

Go to Cisco's public site at
827 configuration example
That should return PLENTY of info for you. Please note that ALL
configurations are dependent on your ISP's method of service delivery,
you just need to find the one that fits the way YOUR service is
delivered (PPPoA, PPPoE, Bridged, etc...).
