The ISMs get applied to the PBX (not the ITG card) via a keycode
upgrade. Its basically done the same as if you were to purchace more
TNs for the system and applied a keycode.
Small systems require you to go into LD 143 and manually enter a three
part code. Large systems require you to go into LD 143 and either
manually enter the code (big headache... long code) OR you can use a
keycode diskette which you can generate off of Nortel's site.
