Can anyone comment on the costs of Hyland OnBase software. We are
looking at some different products and this vendor looks interesting.
We are only interested in scanning with multiple indexes. Thanks in

Are you open to considering other scanning and document management

We build custom data capture solutions from standard components,
perfect fit each time, and since we use open formats, you're never
locked in.

Our custom software usually ships at less than the price of boxed
software, and long term costs are low because we have zero or low
runtime licensing costs.

Mr. Gould,

I am not sure as to your complete set of requirements but for scanning
documents and identifying them by multiple indexes you might want to
look at our DocuXplorer Enterprise package. You can find information,
Video Demos and a downloadable 30-day free trial at our website

OnBase is popular mid level software but is limited in its expansion
capabilities. Other products to consider are Stellent and EMC's
Extender products. Of the 3, Stellent has has the best architecture,
secuirty and ability to be customized. That is why we chose it.

I suggest contacting Paul Johndrow from All Star Software Systems
(www.allstarss.com) @ 860 - 828 - 2078. He has sold all 3 products and
can probably shed some light on what may be best for you.
