SSH in windows shell buffer under windows: Pseudo-terminal will not be allocated

Post by spam.baume » Thu, 20 Apr 2006 18:25:49

Hi, I am having some trouble with ssh in the xemacs shell buffer under
windows:

Everything else works as expected but when using cygwin ssh in the
shell buffer the following message appears:

Pseudo-terminal will not be allocated because stdin is not a terminal.

And the buffer freezes.

Does anyone know a solution?

Thanks
Timm

Try
M-x ssh RET XXXX@XXXXX.COM -t -t RET

Yes, two -t switches.

I need the same in my *** setup.

Hope this helps!
