What I'd like to do is try to get a kind of old school stop-motion feel

in my animations.

If this can be done later in for example after effects then that would

be an option too.

Surely you would want to render every other frame twice. If not, surely you

get a movie which is just twice as fast (and the "stoppy" nature is lost in

the speed).
