Can you give any reference where I can study the Marquardt-Levenberg
algorithm?

I don't have any in English. My key reference is a German-language
textbook on numerical maths (H.R.Schwarz: Numerische Mathematik).

I would expect any major textbook on numerical maths to cover it.
Google also finds some.
