If it is possible, how to make in 3d plot the x and y labels rotated.
By "rotated" I understand that they are drawn in the plane xy. They just
lay on that plane. I hope that you will understand what i meen.

I'm not entirely sure I do. It looks like you want the axis lables to
run in parallel with the axes themselves. That would be possible only
on a select few terminals that support arbitrary rotations of text.

Even then, the text still wouldn't be "on the x-y plane" --- to do
that, we'ld have to perspective-transform every single letter. Other
than PostScript, I don't see how any of our output formats could
support that.

I did a few times with the pslatex terminal:

set terminal pslatex
set view 60, 30, 1,1

set ylabel '\rotatebox{28.5}{voxel}' -7,-2

This rotates the y label "voxel" in the x-y plane but as mentioned below, the
letters are not perspective transformed. Anyway, I'm happy with this.
