Difference between Pagmaker and InDesign

I am sure this information exists someplace on somebodies website and I was
wondering if the group could direct me there.

I have looked at the Adobe site and can't find anything that answers the
question.

Thanks in advance

ID picks up where PM leaves off.

Let's just say that everytime you said "I wish I could do that in
Pagemaker," you'd find yourself doing it in InDesign. Why don't you just
download the demo and check it out for yourself?

Much better typographic controls in InD, much better interface, more
tools, more ways of doing things (there's at least 4 ways to move
between pages, several different ways to zoom), color management...
the list of things is long... And besides, Adobe says Pagemaker 7 is
the end of the line.

The only thing that InD can't do out of the box is impose pages, but
they've released a plugin for that so...
