Help - white covering box - not

Using PM 6.5 I've got a multipage document with header in master
page. I don't want to print header on first 2 pages. In the past, I've
drawn a box around header using no line and paper fill. That's not
working this time. Any suggestions?

Open the Master Pages palette and deselect the master page?

Yep, that works, but if you happen to want to remove or obscure some
elements and not others, use a paper fill box ARRANGED to "Front".
Ensure that the master elements themselves are group selected on the
master pages and moved to BACK. Being master pages, they will always
appear otherwise on every page.

I can't think of any other reason why either method, partial or full
supression of master elements, wouldn't work. I do this all the time
where logos and keylines appear on every page but the first
(deselected) and can vary on "chapter heading" pages, where the
keylines stay but the header logos are suppressed in favour of a
chapter heading. There, I use the "white box" method.

Works for me.
