I noticed the same thing on panned shots when I had used the feature of VS7
that allows you to change the lightness and darkness of scenes. The removal
of my exposure edits on these types of scenes also removed the jitters on
the dvds that re-did. Perhaps the jitters of your DVDs are caused by
something similar.

Hi Ron, thanks for your help.

To overcome the problem I created a Video file first and saved it as an mpeg
and then burnt the DVD, the result is amazing. The fact that I made some
scenes lighter didn't seem to matter.

I just might give that a try myself instead of doing it all in one
operation. I don't understand why it would make a difference but who am I to
argue with your successful method.
