Last texel line of texture appearing at top of texture.

When i am rendering a 2d textured rect on the screen(where
the texels are aligned with the screenspace pixels), the
last line of the texture appears on the top of the rect
for some reason.

The tex coords for the rect look like:
(0.0,0.0)*--------*(1.0,0.0)
| |
| |
| |
(0.0,1.0)*--------*(1.0,1.0)

Its ment to draw the bitmap on the screen without any
scaling.

Does anyone know why i might be getting this bleeding
between the top and bottom row of my texture?

Sounds like your addressing mode is set to WRAP and you've got
bilinear filtering enabled.
