Please let me know if anyone kan explain the origin of this type of
message:
DBI ERROR

Too many binds in statement. Number of binds: 260. Maximum: 254
Return code: 16

The APL program ran on a Citrix server with Windows 2000 and the
Oracle database is a 9i running on Sun unix

This is most likely directly from Oracle and you can either use fewer
binds or increase the maximum

I would guess you would be better off use fewer binds and you may be
doing something wrong unintentionally
