ADO Recordset.RecordCount returning 1-Please Help!!!!!!!

I have a recordset that I filter and it is suppose to return 0 but it
is returning 1 with all the fields NULL in the record. What I'm I doing
wrong. Please Help

Yes. Isn't that strange. What I'm I doing wrong.

I'm filtering it

rstB.Filter = "MainEntryID = " & intMainEntryID

The recordcount is equal to 1
MsgBox rstB.RecordCount 'Shows 1 with all the values Null
