Error enabling Exchange 2003 Mailbox using script

Our Environment: Windows 2003 Server and Exchange 2003 logged in as Administrato

After downloading E2k3SDKDocs.exe from the MS downloads area, I decided to try the CreateMailboxBeforeLogon.VBS script included in the package. I followed Microsoft's instructions to run the script. The test account was created in AD successfully, but the script raised an error while trying to create the new mailbox in Exchange

"Error -2147467259 There is no Connection Agreement configured to export this recipient to the Exchange 5.5 server

It is odd to see a reference to Exchange 5.5 while I am using Ex 2003.
