What is the best method to be able to monitor all e-mails (both outgoing and
incoming) being transferred through an exchange server? What I would like to
do is be able to make a copy of each e-mail as it comes before it ends up in
the users inbox.

In this parish the secretary has set up a system whereby everyone is
known by their first name @st ?. and has given everyone on line such
an address. As this set up is via a parish computer can the secretary
monitor what is being said by each person to another? I may be asking
a silly question but could I have a sensible answer please to
alleviate any fears that sensitive information can not be monitored.
